Nigeria's school-fee crisis has a structural fix. We built it.
EduSure Group Holdings Limited was founded in Ibadan, Oyo State to build Nigeria's education financial resilience infrastructure — starting with the most solvable problem: the cash-flow mismatch between how families earn and how schools bill.
To ensure no Nigerian child loses their school place because of a cash-flow timing problem.
An Africa where every child's education is financially secure — regardless of when their family earns.
One platform. Eight stakeholders.
EduSure is built for the entire education ecosystem — not just parents. Every stakeholder gets a unique identity code and a dedicated dashboard. Together, they form the accountability layer that makes school fees reliable.

What guides everything we build
Radical Transparency
Every naira in every pool is tracked, visible, and accountable. Parents see their contribution status. Schools see expected disbursements. Investors see impact data.
Community-Native Design
EduSure works because it is built on how Nigerians already save and trust each other — the ajo tradition — not on imported financial models that require behaviour change.
Root-Cause Focus
We don't just cover school fees. We build financial resilience through the Skill Academy — because a parent with stronger income never needs to miss a contribution.
Starting in Ibadan
We say "Starting in Ibadan" deliberately. The Africa-wide vision is real and long-term. But integrity requires we prove the model before we scale the claim.
Three legal entities. One mission.
Invest in Nigeria's education future
Sponsor a scholar, fund a school, or invest in the EduSure ecosystem. Every naira is tracked, visible, and accountable — with measurable impact on children's education.
Regulatory Positioning
EduSure operates as a community savings and disbursement infrastructure — not as an insurance product or a deposit-taking institution. The contribution pool is structured as a cooperative savings arrangement under Nigerian cooperative society frameworks, ring-fenced from EduSure's operating funds.
CBN context: Contributions are member savings held in trust for a specified educational purpose — not deposits attracting interest. This structure is consistent with existing cooperative finance arrangements and does not require a CBN licence for the pilot phase.
NAICOM context: EduSure is not an insurance product. There is no risk underwriting or actuarial premium calculation. The 9.2% "premium" language used in earlier materials has been deprecated and replaced with "contribution rate" to accurately reflect the savings-pool nature of the product.
CAC status: EduSure Group Holdings Limited is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. All three operating entities are in the process of formal registration for the pilot phase.
